We hold the top professional credentials and engage only coaches trained at International Coach Federation (ICF) certified schools. Crystal herself holds the advanced designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the ICF and is one of about 3,000 PCC coaches in the world. She is a former coaching faculty member at Adler International Learning where she trained emerging coaches in best practices and principles for over 6 years.
